This paper presented SONE-059, a scalable architecture for latency-sensitive edge computing. By prioritizing local processing and intelligent neighbor-offloading, SONE-059 effectively addresses the bottlenecks of current MEC implementations. The results confirm that a hybrid heuristic-learning approach to resource scheduling offers a pragmatic balance between computational complexity and network performance.
